An official three day visit, organized by the school and the Centre of Environmental Studies of Chios and approved by the Greek Ministry of Education, on the villages with mastic groves of Chios, so that the students become familiar with special agricultural aspects they did not have the opportunity before and gain first-hand experience of how laborious a task the harvesting and cleaning of the mastic is.
