LANGUAGE           
Mrs. Amygdalou (sales manager of our stakeholder “Mastiha shop” of the Mastic grower association) visits our school and 5th and 6th graders discuss with her everything they wish to learn about the ways that Mastic Producers Association uses in order to sell mastic products worldwide and to make public aware of its therapeutic importance. ICT         
Students of 5th and 6th grade use the Audacity software in order to edit the two interviews of Mr. Spyrakis and Mrs. Amygdalou, add music and create a new radio show titled: “Chios Mastic: Interviews about its cultural, economic and therapeutic importance”. They uploaded the show on the European School Radio platform


DISSEMINATION (teachers)
Teachers involved in the radio show project “Mastic Flavored radio Waves” prepared a teaching scenario for other teachers to use it as a model in order to produce their own radio shows with their pupils and it will be uploaded to the Nestor platform under the path Resources”-“Educational Scenarios” .  Nestor is  a European Funded ERASMUS+ project via which the European School Radio, the First Student Radio platform and player were created (temporarily find the files here)  
The radio show “Mastic Flavored Radio waves” was uploaded to the European School Radio platform and was broadcasted on the 6th May 2018

NEEDS-H             
The pupils with special needs participate in small mixed ability groups in every activity, they benefit from peer coaching and they contribute to the common goal according to their abilities e.g. they suggest questions and they participate to the interview     

       
ACTIVITIES WITH OUR STAKEHOLDER                     
Mrs. Amygdalou (sales manager of our stakeholder “Mastiha shop” of the Mastic Growers Association) visits our school and gives an interview to our students.
Mastiha shop provides our International Food Festival “I Eat a Masterpiece” delegation of students and teachers with Mastic products to present them and offer them to the visitors of the Food Festival at Sandanski – Bulgaria.

VISITS(students and teachers)

10 students and 4 teachers take part to the final 7-days meeting of the ERASMUS+ project and took part in the International Food Festival “I Eat a Masterpiece” at Sandanski – Bulgaria (7-13/5/2018). Students took part in workshops organized by the inviting school Zemedelska profesionalna gimnazia “Kliment Timiryazev”, to visits to near sights (monasteries, parks etc) and to stakeholders’ wineries. They had the opportunity to meet students from the other five countries, communicate and work with them (in English), had a fun time all together and most of all present part of their work during the Food Festival. In particular they present a part of the play “The secret of the Mastic Drop” showing how the Mastic tree is engraved in order to produce its famous tears, sang the song “The tears of Mastic Tree”, gave an interview to the Italian Jury Committee about the product Chios Mastic and most of all present to the visitors of the festival the products of Mastic and make it known in a wide public outside the borders of Greece.
